Each year at the AHHC Annual Convention and Expo, home care & hospice heroes are recognized for the remarkable work they do each day. 

Now Accepting 2018 HOME Awards Nominations
The HOME Awards will be Presented on May 7 at the 2018 Annual Conference Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center, Durham, NC.
This year, in an effort to continually improve your Annual Conference experience, we are dividing the awards between the next two years. Half the awards will be presented at this year’s conference, while the remaining half will be presented at the 2019 Annual Conference at the Raleigh Convention Center April 29-30, 2019 (Save the date!). 

This year’s Award Categories are as follows:
The Carolyn Cusic Professional of the Year Award
The Nurse Aide of the Year Award
The Volunteer of the Year Award
The Agency Support Personnel of the Year Award
